with some colorful blinged out chain (this one from Industrial Chic has a strand of rhinestones and blue beads to catch the light). The only tools you need for the chain are some wire cutters in case you need to shorten it and jewelry pliers to close the chain with jump rings. A flower from, you guessed it– the dollar store, completed the hat refresh.
You can make this fun fascinator by adding barrettes to the underside and then a feather, a little crochet embellishment, a star and a boot charm. All you need is a good craft glue such as Aileen’s or E6000. You are ready for the rodeo now!
