Chef Payton Curry has a twist on Pizza! Just Grill it! Here is the reciepe:
Grilled Pizza
- 1  ea  pizza dough package (2 portions)
- 6  oz  protein cooked, warm
- 6  oz  arugula or favorite greens
- 2  oz  favorite dressing, or just olive oil and lemon
- 4  ea  grilled green onions, chopped
- You can add any of your favorite toppings!
Set grill to medium heat and toss dough in a bit of flour and work into a rectangle. Grill for about 2 minutes on each side. Dough should be cooked but still pliable to form a wrap.
