Popsicle Puzzle

popsicle craft

Do you have little ones home for spring break? Here is an easy craft you can do with them that teaches fine motor skills in a super fun way.

The more popsicle sticks you have the bigger the color. You can often find a bag of 100 at the dollar store.

Makes a fun craft for a child’s birthday party.

Materials Needed:

7 or 8 popsickle sticks (The more you have, the bigger your puzzle.)
Tape
Markers

Step 1:

The more similar the sticks are in color, the better. Line them up and tape them down on each side.

Step 2:

Draw your design using markers (We made a multicolored star). TIP: Place a dot at the end of each stick along one side for an easier puzzle solution. If you want more of a challenge, skip the dots.

super simple puzzleHelpful Hints:

Popsickle sticks can be purchased at most craft stores for about $1.50 for 500. Unfortunately, they don’t include the popsickle part!
